At pantryprovidore we make a range of delectable artisan jams, marmalades, jellies, chutneys, pickles and condiments that are known for their quality, rather than their quantity.
Made with the freshest and best quality ingredients, these traditional and contemporary flavours contain no artificial preservatives, additives, or colourings and can be enjoyed by all lovers of fine food, including vegetarians and vegans (with some exceptions).
Angela Sayell is the face behind pantryprovidore. She has always had a close connection with food, both professionally and as a passionate foodie.
The inspiration for pantryprovidore came about in 2012 after a visit to a local farmers market, whereupon wondering what she could make with a big bag of ‘rosella’, the resulting pots of jam meant she needed an outlet to sell them. This quickly led to requests to expand the range of product available. Currently, at least sixty different sweet and savoury flavour combinations are available over the course of year, including pantryprovidores two signature products – the silky smooth lemon curd and tangy bread and butter pickle.
Angela has incredible suppliers, who are often willing to supply her with smaller than normal orders and who keep her up to date with what’s looking exceptionally good at any given time.
